New lights

At the main venue that I work at, Golden Grove Arts Centre, we have just recieved a grant from ArtsSA to purchase some more lights. I am in heaven, looking for gear. What a job, but someone has to do it :)

Toni Lamond

Just worked on show with her. What a wonderful professional. She is an old trooper from way back. Someone that understands the role that techs play in getting her on stage. Wish more people were like her. And of course it was a great show, even if a bit old fashioned.

Maintenance Time

Well it is coming up to that time of the year when major maintenance has to be performed. We pride ourselves on keeping everything ship shape at Golden Grove. In fact qe get a lot of comments from clients on how well maintained the venue is. Well this time I intend to document the whole process so that we can track faults, and see which pieces of equipment fail the most.
